Old Iphone Won't Go Away.

I gave my iP5 to my daughter and bought a 6. Both were restored and the SIM changed. The old phone still appears in my iCloud/Settings in my browser (Safari). There is no option to delete the 5 and the 5 and her old 4 still show in her iCloud Settings also. This is NOT a Find My iPhone problem. The phones are working fine.

Basically, you need to go into your iCloud settings on the devices you don't want on there and turn off iCloud and perhaps even remove the account settings after that. Since it sounds like you still have the devices, that would be the best thing to do. I don't believe iCloud cares about what SIM card you have since only your Carrier would care about that.

I have tried to remove the device (iPhone5) above but there is no way to do that. That is a screenshot of my browser showing the devices that are supposedly connected to my account. It's stuck somewhere and I can't find it.

You need to disconnect it by getting onto the physical iPhone 5 device and disabling iCloud. Not through the browser on your computer.
