Omniweb is slow because...

I found out what makes Omniweb slower than the other browsers for OS X when I was loading a web site and looked in Omniweb's viewer of active tasks. If you go to a page that use the same image file several places on the page (for example this forum w/ the folder icons) it d/l the image again for each spot that it is needed instead of d/l it once and using it several times. This causes a tremendous slowdown on pages that use an image in several locations on the page.

But another intersting feature that makes you save time is the ability to avoid the download of ads. I only know iCab also doing that, which is nice!
