Up till now I've been making use of Torq's Q3 server sniffer, an alpha program he was coding in his finite spare time for the benefit of the few mac heads who frequent the mac discussion thread at quake3world.com Its been well worth the downloads every time.
Yesterday however I was pointed to this little application:

Its a great, low size, high speed, reliable tool to ping, sort, and join quake3 engine based games. The makers promise to include full wolfenstein support, when it arrives (currently only supports mptest2), and Elite force when they get an osX copy
Give it a burl if you've not seen it before, so far its working a treat for me.
