Ran Onyx on my G5 sp only to find that my Hard Drive folder is in a strange order (list).When I went to View/Arrange to put thing in alpha order Arrange and CleanUp were greyed out.

Thought I understood how to use Onyx, but apparently I don't. How can I change the sequence on the contents of this folder. All other folders seem to be ok, but everything within this HD folder are in a very strange order, inclulding the sub folders.

Please help as it is very aggravating and difficult to find things.

FYI: Found my own answer.

It turns out that Onyx did nothing wrong except change the view setting to use relative date. After unchecking that, everything returned to normal.
