open source ftp/sftp

does anyone know of a good open-source ftp/sftp program for mac? maybe one that has ssh capabilities also?

Just in case you missed it it comes with both ftp and sftp (the openssh flavor) out of the box.
 
i'm not really sure what sftp is, but i like Transmit...

Granted its not free, but you can use it for 10 minutes - more than enough time to upload some files on a decent cable connection. Check it out! Can get it from www.versiontracker.com
