"Open With" menu problem

Please check the attachment.
Few days ago, the "open with" menu (right mouse button on a file) started to give me this list of duplicated applications (not for all applications, but only few).
It happens sometimes when you mount an external volume that contains some applications, but now I have no mounted volume on my mac.
I've already check if I have some duplicate of these apps, but all is ok.
If I try to open a file with one of each listed app, the app is the same.

Is there any way to reset the menu?

no, no changes since months

have you logged out or rebooted the machine since unmounting the external volumes?
this may clear some sort of cache that may still be displaying the duplicated apps.
just a thought. don't quote me

hmm... if _that'd_ solve the problem, it'd still be a problem. i don't want the mounting of a volume change that list, but the unmounting of same volume have no effect on the list... :/

already tried to restarted several times
i've just done another test: i've deleted all the system caches with cocktail

You sure you don't have duplicates of these applications hidden away somewhere?

Did you try doing a search in the Finder for VLC?

yes men, i'm sure
if i select the first VLC or the second one, the opened app is the same
