Opening DVD tray with old keyboard

Hello,
I have a mirror-door G4 but am using an old keyboard with no key for "open DVD tray". Is there another keystroke that I can use to open the door?

Try holding down F12 for a few moments.

In my experience with those keyboards, a long f12 stroke opens the disk drive, and a short one opens dashboard.

you could also put an eject button in the menu bar if you wanted, from system preferences
