OS 10.2.5 on powerbook G3 400

Ive just tried to install the 10.2.5 update on my powerbook G3 400, and was told that my hard drive volume doesnt meet the requirements for the update.
is there any firmware that needs to be installed to fix this?

Probably. What you should do is check Apple's web site under downloads. Or do a seach in the knowledge base. If you need help, let me know.
