Okay,
In OS 9.2.2, I can go to the "hot function keys" section in the "keyboard" option in the control panels, and make it so that "F1" opens IE and "F4" opens Mozilla and so on.
How do I do that in OS 10.3.9? The only thing the keyboard options let me do is make hotkeys for the functions WITHIN an application. I don't see any option for makeing a hotkey to OPEN an application.
