I am having trouble with permissions on my server.
Bill and Bob both have access to a folder on the server. If Bill moves a file to the folder, the file assumes the permissions of he folder, giving both Bill and Bob access to the file.
However; if Bill opens and modifies the file, then saves it, the file's permissions revert to Bill's settings, which exclude access by Bob.
The file still resides on the server in the common folder.
I want Bill and Bob to be able to freely modify and save the file without restricting the access privileges of the other.
