Double-click the product installer in Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers. Authenticate as an administrator, then select Remove Components and follow the on-screen instructions.
The installer may not be named "installer", but you can run whatever you find there, and you should get the setup, which will give you the choice to remove components.
