OS 9 Not Booting

I have been trying to fix my iBook G3 Snow from the OS 9.2.2 Blinking Question Mark. I do not own a OS 9 CD and do not have enough money for some and I have a USB Drive and ISO to use. However, I do not have a way to make it bootable and the iMac I have is running macOS 14.0, so Restore From Image in Disk Utility will not work. Any help would be accepted. Thanks in advance!

With something so old check to make sure you have a OS ( disk because I think your Hard drive went south and probably needs replacing!
