dlloyd Official Pianist Mar 9, 2004 #2 OS X is much more picky about RAM, so it probably is not recognizing the 128 mb chip. It should be doing more than just not finding it though...

fryke Moderator Staff member Mod Mar 10, 2004 #5 Yep, and be glad that not 'more' is happening, as usually 'bad' RAM ends with kernel panics... You'll have to consider staying with OS 9 or buying another RAM module that is recognised by OS X.
