OS X 10.2.3 and Java no longer working

Since updating to 10.2.3 my browsers wil not display pages with java scripts or execute java applets correctly. I use IE 5.2.2 and Chimera 0.6 and Mozzilla 1.2

The strangest thing is... when using Netscape Navigator 4.08 (!) a classic application within OS X, everything works fine.

My testpage is: www.startpagina.nl
This should bring up a full page with links, but I'm getting a yellow screen with just two lines of text (top and bottom of page)

can anyone explain, or better help me?

Yes, all Java is enabled! I'm using the Chimera nightly of 12-20-02, so I'll go and get a newer one and check again. If everything fails, I'll re-instal OS X

you didn't install Apple's java 1.4.1 preview did you? I think there is a way of reverting back to 1.3.1 that is described in the doc.

Thanks everybody, but it is no longer a problem. I had to re-install OS X 10>10.0.4>10.1>10.1.5>10.2>10.2.3 and now everything works again and is much faster.

Aram:)
