OS X 10.2 PROBLEM: ftpd setting ... please help !

Hi,
i've recently upgraded my mac os X to Jaguar, so i've noticed that the ftpd is not the old ftpd, but now apple uses the Lukemftpd.
Now i've i problem.
Is there a way to set a particular umask to all the ftp received files ?

OS X 10.1 has a specific option ... but ... 10.2 no ... i think ...

PLEASE HELP !!!
 
I've posted many ftp problems and never recieved a response. I think FTP may not be a hot topic around here. If you still have the X.1 install CD you can download a program called pacifist and extract the old ftpd and conf files from it.

If you don't have one, I can extract the files and send them to you.
