This may be addressed somewhere but I can't find it.
I have OS X 10.3.9 and the DVD Application will not open. I have tried updating and replacing. I get the following error in console.
dyld: /Applications/DVD Player.app/Contents/MacOS/DVD Player can't open library: /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/HIServices.framework/Versions/A/HIServices (No such file or directory, errno = 2)
This all seemed to have happened when my IT supervisor replaced my DVD Drive. Below are the specs. This is not very mac friendly.
PIONEER DVD-RW DVR-110D:
Capacity: 775.66 MB
Manufacturer: PIONEER
Model: PIONEER DVD-RW DVR-110D
Revision: 1.37
Drive Type: CD-RW/DVD-RW
Disc Burning: Vendor Supported
Removable Media: Yes
Detachable Drive: No
BSD Name: disk1
Protocol: ATAPI
Unit Number: 0
Socket Type: Internal
OS9 Drivers: No
Anyone have any ideas?
