OS X changing permissions

I have installed Webmin and after the installation everything works fine.

BUT as soon as I reboot my computer I dont get access to webmin as I get a:

Safari can’t open the page “http://localhost:10000/” because it could not connect to the server “localhost

error.

What I have to do to get Webmin working again is to run the command:

sudo -s /etc/webmin/start

I did not find any thing like this when googling arround, so I have to ask the experts here

Sorry to bather you guys! Problem solved. Startup item problem.
