OS X Directory Weirdness

Check this out:

Why are there two ./ directories? Whenever I try and empty the trash, it says that the OmniWeb directory is "in use". I can't rm -rf the OmniWeb folder which I suspect is because of the two ./ directories.

Someone help me please...
 
Sounds like that is a filesystem problem.

Have you tried running the disk tool? That might do some good...
