How the heck are you supposed to fix hard disk related errors on your OS X partition if that partition is the boot volume? I know you can boot into OS 9 and fix some problems, but it does not catch all of them. They should fix Disk Utility so you can repair the boot partition.

Anyway, does anyone really know what these are and how serious they might become:
1: Invalid B-Tree Header
2: "minor" volume bit-map error
