OS X file synchronizer

I be looking for an app, or script of some kind that would synchronize two directories. The catch is, one of the directories is a samba share running on my windows xp machine. I would like an app to do this so my itunes directory, and an equivelant folder on m xp machine are the same.

It looks like this script does more data backup, than actually comparing directories and synchronizing them.
