Where is the date format controlled? The System Preferences panel "International" lets one specify Custom formats for Short, Medium, Long, and Full formats. However, setting any one of them causes the other three to revert to the default. I'd like to find where all four are stored, so I can set all four to ISO format (which always has the order year-month-day).
