If it's installed already, boot up the Mac holding X key at startup.

If it's not installed yet, install Mac OS X from a retail install disc of Mac OS X 10.5 after making sure it meets the minimum system requirements (processor, space, RAM etc), and after that installation is done, just boot it up...
