OS9 Classic not running under OSX 10.3.9

How do I get Classic to run again under OSX 10.3.9? I am getting a message stating that I need to have at least 128MB of RAM to run Classic... I have 1.5GB of RAM.

OK, so Classic isn't working. Except for the facts that you have 1.5 GB RAM supporting MacOS X 10.3.9, what is it about your system that leads you to believe that Classic should run?
