OS9 with Tiger

I bought an old game Myst
it wont install on my Ibook with Tiger it needs os9
Can I install os9 on my ibook along with Tiger?

You install it from the System Restore disk that came with your computer.

Unfortunately, the retail version of Mac OS X does not include Mac OS 9. You would have to purchase that separately. The only discs that include both OS X and OS 9 are the system discs that ship with the Macs.

You can find Mac OS 9 retail discs on eBay.

John, before you go too far, you should check to see if your
iMac will boot into OS9. This is NOT the same as invoking
Classic wthin OSX.

You might also google Myst and OS9 (maybe even X) and see
whether Myst is Classic-compatible.
