OSX as internet sharing with bandwidth limiting

I wish to use a B&W G3 running 10.2 to serve as an internet sharing box but in conjunction, I'd like to be able to limit certain mac addresses. I have a few bandwidth hogs on the network that I'd like to crimp down.

Any free tools for the bandwidth limiting that you know of?

Thanks in advance.

There is a program called Carrafix, versiontracker has it.

If you're not afraid of a little Unix, and you're suspicious of closed source software from unknown programmers, there's a daemon for Linux, FreeBSD, OS X, and probably other BSDs as well, called throttled. Versiontracker also has the OS X binary, as does darwinports, and probably fink.
Here's the homepage: http:/www.intrarts.com/throttled.html
