OSX crashes with Time Capsule

Switched from a NETGEAR RangeMax Wireless N router to Time Capsule and now OS Xv 10.4.11 Power Book G4 (1.25Ghz) crashes after connecting to the new wireless network
. It works when connected to Time Capsule via ethernet port and my MacBook Pro and HP Book work fine via wireless. Any ideas?
 
How is the Time Capsule broadcasting a wireless signal (a, b, g or n) and what wireless security is it running?
