I have downloaded xpostfacto to help me install OSX on my powermac G3 but it comes up with the following message " XPOSTFACTO does not work with this model
owermac1,1" and the only option open is to quit.
The mac is a Blue G3 powermac with a 300mhz G3 processor.
I have partioned the HD to 3 partions of abou 6Gb each and installed OS9.1 on the second partion.
When I try the OSX installer it starts and asks me to click on restart but after the restart nothing appears on the screen at all. I can hear the cd drive working for a while after the restart.
I hope someone has some ideas and can help - many thanks
