I have a problem when i try to log off my dial-up internet i get a message saying i have a phone call - would i like to answer it? - I dont have a phone call cos it happens everytime i logoff and i would like to know how to disable this annoying popup.

I have tried the obvious by unchecking the "notify me off calls whilst im online box" that apears with this window but to no avail - it just comes up again next time i am on the net and log out but the box is rechecked. Any Ideas?

Does anyone know a way that i can have iCAL show the actual date in its display on startup. Mine always shows Jul 17 which is ahem... great but it would be a bit more useful if it showed the actual date without having to open it.

Thanks to any kind souls who take the time to reply :)

iCal only shows the current date when it's running. If you quit iCal on, say, October 12, then it will display Oct 12 until you launch it next, or until you logout/restart, at which point it will revert back to Jul 17.

One way around this is to add iCal to your startup items and check the box to hide it. That way, it's always running, it will always display the correct date, and it will be out of the way until you need it.
