OSX Key Commands

Hi Guys

Im a bit of a key command whore and my main OSX use is with music programs. There, ive admitted it now, so onto my query!

Im constantly using key commands to tab programs, open the application folder and open things like network preferences or utilities, but i cant work out how to key command things like opening particular drives.

Using (apple +shift + c) opens 'my computer' (for want of a better term) but is there a way to access one of my drives directly instead of having to select it manually from inside the finder window?

What i would like is to press (apple + shift +1) for example and it open up HD1 on my mac.....any ideas how would be very much appreciated!

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

PS - Im using 10.3.9 Panther (have the tiger discs but just need to upgrade a few music progs before i can switch).

PPS - A handy site for key commands is:

Try Butler, or some other app that lets you create your own shortcuts (LaunchItems, iKey, QuickKeys, FastScripts etc), there are a lot of them around. You'll have to pay for most of them (the ones that work at least).

Try a search on versiontracker:
