OSX ~/Library/Plug-Ins/???

I noticed that there are directories present in the above path for "Components", "Digidesign", & "VST". Is this a hint of apps on the horizon of OSX?

Any clues???
 
I don't believe that any OS X apps I've installed created those library entries. Would classic apps have the ability? I do run ProTools under OS 9.1.
 
digidesign are working hard on this right now.You didnt put the folders there,they where put there by the os x installer....i saw them and thought the same as you when i installed my system so i mailed digidesign and they said that in 6-8 month it will be ready.:D
