osx on G4

i plan to install macos x on a macintosh ,g4 ,400 mhz, 512 ram ,80 gb. is it possible? can such a computer work the operating system without any problem?

Sure can. Just make sure if a Firmware Update is needed, you do that first.

I'd recommend upgrading to a quartz extreme capable video cad so that your aging processor isn't overwhelmed.
