Is there any way I can share files wirelessly? I want to get files from my PC and onto my powerbook.

If you enable windows sharing on your PowerBook, it is under System Preferences and then the Sharing icon. Once you do this, you should be able to connect to your home folder from the PC.
Towards the bottom of the Sharing window it will tell you the location to enter from the PC when you want to map a drive to your powerbook.
