i have macbook,but my friend want to borrow my osx to download to his window computer, is any effect to my macbook if i let my friend borrow my osx ,thanks for the advice,,,

Can't do that. It's against the license agreement for OS X.

Wouldn't work anyhow; OEM or Retail. OSX knows what machine it is instructed to install on.

The only way to do that is via the OSx86 project. It violates Apple's EULA so there are legal issues. Besides, it is also very picky about your hardware.
