Is OWC in business anymore? Their site has been down for a couple of days and no one answers at the phone number.

The site is working. This is from Larry at OWC;

A major network outage had us pretty much off line till about 8 minutes ago. We are back. Was not our network... was our main backbone provider. Not going to happen again as won't be in their hands to happen again.

I see that now www.macsales.com does not work any longer but http://eshop.macsales.com/ does work.

It's been http://eshop.macsales.com/ for a long time now.

I have always used the macsales link until today. Also a search for OWC in Google brings up the macsales link first.

www.macsales.com is up and working for me...that's the one I always use.
