Outlook 2011 can't send group email

Outlook can't send group email. Returns error message, "syntax error in arguments," -17099.

I've tried rebuilding identity and nothing works. How do I fix this problem

Maybe an email address in your "group" is invalid. Try just a few addresses at a time.
