overriding methods in Applescript

Hi,
In Mail's applescript functionality, there is a method called
"New outgoing message"

i wish to override this, so that when my script is running, whenever a new outgoing message is called, my script runs.
Could someone help?

I'm not sure if this is possible with AppleScript. You might have to poll Mail with some kind of loop
