Palm and Hotsyncing on old MacBook

I still cannot hotsync even after reinstalling the Palm. I got a notice that it could not hotsync because they couldn't find Hotsynclib.PPC. Any clue how I can solve this?
 
I believe that some older Macs needs an older version of Palm software. What model of Mac do you have and what version are you running?

Have you tried the alternative Missing Sync for Palm from markspace.com?
 
I need to check with my sister who is having this problem on an old tangerine clam. Thanks for the response; be back to you.
