I was finally able to get palm desktop 4.0 to install on my machine running Mac OS 10.1.5, however to do so I had to enable root and login as the system administrator.
Now when I login as my staff user and attempt to sync up I get the error:
"You do not have the necessary access privileges. See the Administrator for assistance. -5000"
Does anybody know what this error is in reference to? I have full read/write/execute user priviledges for the directories my Palm user data is stored.
