Panasonic nv-gs10 drivers

Hello, I hava a imac 24, running leopard. I have a panasonic video recorder nv-gs10. I connect it to my mac with firewire to extract video, but mac does not reconogice it. cant i do. where can i find drivers??,

There are no "drivers" required for video cameras. If the Mac doesn't recognize it, it doesn't recognize it.

What program are you using to try and extract the video? iMovie? Final Cut Pro? Final Cut Express?
 
Thanks to answer. I think I am doing something bad. I connect camera, turn on, but I dont play. Dont push play button.
