Hey i was wondering if i can get some support?
I did not turn off my mac properly and the next time i turned it back on and

appeared. I was wondering if i could get some step by step instructions on how to fix it. thanks! sorry if this in the wrong place. Ive tried reset the PRAM, ive tried running in single user mode and getting the command prompt, and in safe mode.
