Panther Finder questions

Does anybody out there have a WWDC copy of Panther? If so, can you confirm weather or not there is a preference to turn off Brushed Metal in the Finder?

I hate BM (as i call it), and am curious if Apple will allow us to reset the Finder to Aqua so that it actually follows their own UI guidelines.

I hear that there is no such option...but if you don't like what Apple is doing, just send feedback! This is just the developer preview, and if enough people dislike the brushed metal look Apple will give an option to change it I'm sure.
And if they ignore protests, it will be hacked just like Safari.

Somewhere on Apple's site is a feedback page, someone else can post it because it's late and I'm tired.

I also would hate t see BM everywhere is there no mention of themes or st.?? I think they should include that! Everything in the same theme! Right now I use Metalizifier, except on iTunes I do mind the BM.
