Panther GM Build Confirmed

In the midst of a rumor on iTunes 4.1 due out soon, along with a QuickTime 6.4 announcement for 10.2 users:

MacRumors and others are reporting that the new iTunes release will be versioned 4.1, and released tomorrow alongside a QuickTime 6.4 build for Jaguar users (it's already part of Panther 7B85, now confirmed as GM by Apple's final developer seed).

As indicated by the boldface, Panther 7B85 is, as we all suspected, the GM. Cool stuff. Now, bring on the Windows iTMS. The poor souls need it.

I'm just hoping that a 10.3.1 will not be long following the Panther release...

iTunes 4.1 or 5? they never really when a whole tens digit in the decimal's place. it was usually 1, 2, 3, 4, 4.0.1

Yeah, I've heard both. 5 seems more likely, having a PC version and all.
