Panther Installation Questions

If you are installing on a machine that already has Jag on it, is it better to choose "Archive and Install?" I would prefer to Preserve Users settings. But can you then delete Previous System Folder to throw away junk you don't need? Or, do you always need it? In other words, once Panther is set-up, can you throw away that folder?

Also, do I have to install printer drivers from the Panther installtion discs? Since I only have one printer, couldn't I just install that driver after Panther installation?
 
Yes, you can delete your Previous System folder. It's just a copy of your system files that are no more used in panther.
And yes, you can install printer drivers afterwards as well.
