Before I contact the seller about this, naybe I am doing something wrong. I bought a new battery for my iBook G4, inserted it and started charging. It reached 62% overnight and won't go any higher. SlimBatteryMonitor says it is 'Charging. At 62%'. Any ideas on how to proceed?
Update.......I reset PRAM and discharged and recharged. It reached 89% but won't go higher. Can't get ahold of laptopsforless. Big surprise. I'm stupid for buying at a reseller.
Reset PRAM (3 times), discharge/recharge, reset PMU and it still won't budge past 90%. I do have longer run times than my worn out battery, but it is frustrating. Any other ideas out there?
