I installed a printer package on my i book g4 laptop and restarted it when the installation of the printer package was finished.The name and password window came up it refused to take the password i had been using prior to the installation of the software.I tried to reset the password with the install disc and it still did not work.Am i doing something wrong?Is there something else i can
