Password Problem

I recently moved and had a cable company install cable, phone, and internet service. I can access the internet from Explorer or Safari, but I also have WORD Entourage, and can not get messages to transfer to that becuase I do not know my password. Previously, on dsl, I could simply respond "No" to the question of retrying my password, and the system would function just fine. Now it won't, and I haven't got a clue what my password is (if I ever did!). Can I, and if so, how, "wipe the slate clean and start over with new password(s). One more thing, I am VERY illiterate on the computer and with computer technicalities. -- Billie
 
Your password will be the one you chose with your cable company. Call them and ask for it, or set one up with them.
