Alright, so, head on over to VersionTracker and check out [http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/m....versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/16006]PCI Extreme![/URL] It says it enables Quartz Extreme on Macs with Raedon, but then it also says it helps some portables with 8MB cards....
Will it help me with my PowerBook G4 500 setup?:
Video: ATI AGP 2x Rage Mobility 128
VRAM: 8 MB
It's a hack that sounds a bit risky, so I'm not going to try it unless someone can tell me it will work.
And, if it can't help me out... will it do some good for any of you, then?
