PDF or PS to PCL5 or EMF

Hello everybody,

I have a tricky question and a major problem.

I try to print to a PCL5 printer The Laserjet III.

The printer is a virtual printer on a windows machine that is needed in order to attach at a print file some unique numbers that is used for tax reasons.

I sheared this printer and tried to print from macosx to the printer. This did not worked. So I had to find a solution. I used ghostscript in order to print. But the print job the ghostscript produced was raster and did not had any searchable text, that the device need in order to give me a number. I asked the developers on the device and they told me that except the pcl5 language the program also understands the EMF files. So my question is:
Can I convert a ps file to a searchable pcl5 or EMF file??
OR is there a filemaker plugin that can produce these files as it prints??

I need a way to do it with no any need of user interaction. The process could be done from the mac os the windows part. Also there is a need to properly be seen except for the English characters also and some Greek ones.
