I am relatively new Mac user and I just discovered the joy of printing to .pdf. How awesome is that! Until now one of biggest work hassles was sending clients Word documents in other countries only to find that their font were all messed up.

LOL that's awesome. I love it when someone else discovers something that we may have taken for granted already.

While you're playing with PDF's, you might want to try PDF Shrink Lite* :

I'm still using the trial but have already enjoyed it enough to buy it, and suits my needs without shelling out good coin for Adobe Acrobatty. :)

Kripes, I've been using X full time for a year and I didn't know about this. Here I was booting into 9 the whole time. I'm a loser.
