Performa 630cd HD ina Powermac.

Is it at all possible for me to stick the old 300mb HD from my 630 into a modern PM G4? I think i'm either gonna buy the dual-1.25Gig or i might wait for a G5.
I just wanted to know if it could be done for the sake of it.

I have an old 3gig drive from a beige g3 in my Powermac, works fine, but slow, use it as a storage drive. I have three drive all together.
